Kim Cattrall

 

Kim Victoria Cattrall (born 21 August 1956) is a British and Canadian actress from Canada and Britain. Most famous is her performance in Sex and the City's Samantha Jones (1998-2004), in which she received five Emmy Awards as well as four Golden Globe Award nominations. She also won the 2002 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Artistress. She reprised her role in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Cattrall was first seen in Rosebud (1975) before she continued to play different roles on television. In films such as Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984), Hold-Up (85) as well as City Limits(85), Big Trouble in Little China [86], Mannequin] (1987), Masquerade in 1988), Midnight Crossing in 1989 and The Return of the Musketeers in 1989, Cattrall became the most well-known name. Tribute (1980), Porky's (81) The Turk 182(85), and Baby Geniuses (999) were only a few occasions where she was in the spotlight with Bob Clark. Additional credits include The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990), Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country (91), Split Second (1992), Above Suspicion (95) and 15 Minutes (192001).
