Alona Tal, an Israeli-American actress and singer was born on the 20th of October 20, 1983 in Herzliya, Israel. Following her service as a member of the Israeli Defense Forces, she began her professional career. She made her acting debut in an Israeli film in 2003. In 2003, she appeared in two TV series in the country. She she also tried her hand at music making several tracks in collaboration with Israeli rapper Subliminal. Tal was moved in with her sister in New York to take a vacation from her professional life. In the hit song "Party to Damascus" she performed a duet with Wyclefjean from Haiti.
